Fromerly, known as Karshak Engineering College, Aurora’s Technological & Research Institute was founded in 1999, under the aegis of the Karshak Vidya Parishad. ATRI Hyderabad is approved by All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi and is affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. The institute offers 2 degree programmes of Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) and Master of Technology (M.Tech).
The admission in ATRI Hyderabad is through state government quota and management quota. For government quota admission, the applicants have to appear for the Telangana State Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET) for B.Tech admission and Telangana State Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (TS PGECET) for M.Tech admission in ATRI Hyderabad. Then, they need to appear for the state counselling rounds, where admission will be on allotment basis.
Meanwhile the management quota admissions are carried out on merit basis and as per the decision of the college principal. Aurora’s Technological & Research Institute provides scholarships, fee reimbursement and freeships to deserving students from SC, ST, OBCs, minorities and other socially or economically backwards classes. ATRI Hyderabad scholarships are provided with an aim to provide and encourage education and celebrate meritorious activities of deserving students. My college is well equipped with classrooms and lecture halls and essential for effective teaching and learning. These spaces should have ,comfortable seating and adequate lighting..this college has medium level labs for science subject experiments
Yes, it have outstanding infrastructure, facilities and equipment.we have projector smart boards in class, all facilities in hostel and there is a central Library and referential library in college and places are clean and food is hygienic.
Though there are few facilities and equipment missing, faculty ensured that they teach us appropriately. We had issues with the infrastructure. There is library and laboratories for different subjects. However, there is no sports center and hostels when we studied. Library was always well mainted but laboratories maintenance can be improved. Living spaces are good and hygiene.
