Avimanyu College of Education is an institution that conducts two full-time courses: Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed). With an intake capacity of 328 students and staff of 35, the college provides the best learning experience to the future teachers.

Application Process

Admission to the B.Ed course will be on merit considering the marks scored in the entrance examination and/or the qualifying examination. Selection shall be made according to the state government rules and the affiliated university. Post-graduation or graduation from a recognized university is required for admission to the B.Ed course.

D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education):
Avimanyu College of Education also has an approved strength of 100 seats for D.El.Ed course. Admission to the D.El.Ed course, like that of B.Ed course, is merit-based and considering marks achieved in entrance test and/or passing test. Admission process is according to guidelines by the state government and respective educational authorities. Qualifying candidates should pass higher secondary (10+2) of a recognized board.
