Ayyan Thiruvalluvar College of Arts and Science is an affiliated college at Sellappampalayam, Punjai Puliampatti, Sathyamangalam, Erode – 638183, Tamil Nadu having its origin in the year 2001. Situated on a 10.06 acre campus the institution provides eleven courses under eight degrees to meet with various interests. It is a co-educational institution with a total student enrolment of 876 students and 20 faculty members that offer a friendly educations setting. The institution offers a number of areas of specialisation that include Commerce Computing and Information Science, Mathematics, Linguistics and English, and Literature and Information Technology conducting both under and post graduate studies.

The Ayyan Thiruvalluvar College of Arts and Science have developed different facilities that will improve the lot of the students. As one of the support service in the college it is well stocked with modern informational and scholarly needs for the college community. Sports facilities for day scholars and hostel dwellers are available and regular coaching is arranged by Physical Education teachers. Also the college has reserved different hostels for boys and girls intending to provide them the feel of home while they complete their college level education. Other facilities include an orchestra for drama/ music/ drama shows and seminars, science practical hall, canteen and a sick bay.
