Established in the year 2004, Baba Domandev Mahavidyalaya is located in the city of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. Over the years, the college has grown amid its 4-acre campus and has successfully garnered its academic presence. At present, the college operates with a single degree programme, BA, with a total intake capacity of 420 seats. The present strength of the college is 378 students and faculty strength is 8, and therefore the college ensures the students a focused area of learning. 

Baba Domandev Mahavidyalaya  has several facilities to make the process of learning more enriching. A library forms the knowledge hub where the students get all kind of supporting material in terms of books and journals to enable them to pursue their academic interests. For sports enthusiasts, the institution houses excellent sports facilities and provides both indoor and outdoor games to play on a large playground. Baba Domandev Mahavidyalaya runs only one whole-time course, the Bachelor of Arts (BA) programme. This is a three-year undergraduate programme in arts meant to impart full, round education to an individual. The sanctioned intake capacity for the programme is 420 seats, which suffices to indicate that the college is well-equipped and can handle quite a good number of students whose aspiration is to become arts graduates. The enrolled 378 students show a healthy number of students involved and interested in study.
