Baba Narayan Das Mahila Shikshak Prashikshan Sansthan, Sikar, established in 2006 ,is an affiliated college situated in the Industrial Area of Neem Ka Thana, Sikar district of Rajasthan. This women only college is recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education and trains teachers in four specialised fields. The institute is situated in a campus spread over 1.23 acres and only 417 students are covered under intake policy and the centre has total 38 faculty members. This college understands the need for quality education in the field of teacher training, therefore provides the following courses: B.ED, B.A. B.ED, B.Sc B.ED, D.EL.ED- all with a strength of 50 students each.
They are proud of the facilities they have at the institute in as much as they promote a right atmosphere for learning. The college has a rich library in terms of knowledge due to having nearly 10000 titles comprising of national as well as international journals and a unique section for audio video CDs. The E-Library makes further improvement in the support learning resources that are provided to the learner. In terms of practical learning, the college has nicely built laboratories for Physics, Chemistry, Biotechnology and Zoology and a language laboratory. The institute also comprises two auditoriums Audio visual multimedia facilities with a seating capacity of 500 and an open air auditorium is in the college quadrangle.

The admission process of Baba Narayan Das Mahila Shikshak Prashikshan Sansthan depends on the course the students want to take but in most of them the student have to score good grades. The admission in B.Ed programme are done on the basis of the scores got in Pre-Teacher Education Test (PTET) conducted by J.N.V. University, Jodhpur as per the Government of Rajasthan policy. The given combination of programmes the BA B. Ed and B.Sc B. Ed include marks from the qualifying examination and an entrance examination or any other mode of selection prescribed, by the respective state government or university.
During the admission procedure the students provide their preferences of subjects and their own pedagogic preferences, which are then distributed according to achieved results and the free places. Admission is also merit based for the D.El.Ed program as per the marks in any qualifying examination as well as any state level entrance test as per the norms fixed by respective state government.
