Babu Banarsi Das Institute of Engineering, Technology and Research Centre was founded in 1998 in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh, India. The college is located at a distance of 25 km from Bulandshahr on Anoopshahr Road. This affiliated college has been shaping the future of aspiring engineers for well over two decades. This institute offers a number of different engineering and management programmes and is approved by AICTE. This faculty strength of 27 dedicated professionals is hardwired into the traditions of imparting quality education in the National Capital Region.

Babu Banarsi Das Institute of Engineering, Technology and Research Centre  facilities are simply excellent, oriented toward making the learning experience of its students enjoyable. There are separate hostels for boys and girls that provide a comfortable living environment. The boys' hostel accommodates 400 students, and modern facilities include 24-hour Wi-Fi, power backup, and excellent mess facilities. The college has its own off-campus hostel for girls, located in a very safe and calm surroundings within city of Ghaziabad. There is a library with over 36,000 books comprising all major disciplines of science, technology, and management. It also owns a well-maintained, fully air-conditioned modern  Central Computer Centre, having dual-core desktops and IBM Series Servers. All the computers are linked via internet through the in-campus backbone network.

Babu Banarsi Das Institute offers 12 courses to cater to diverse academic interests of students it has on its rolls. The institute offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses with B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. For the students interested in going for advanced specialization, the institute provides MS programmes in Computer and Information Science, Mechanical Engineering, and Electronics and Communication. The college offers the following diploma courses: mechanical engineering, electronics and communication engineering, and electrical and electronics engineering.
