Babu Mohan Lal Arya Smarak Engineering College, Agra, was established in the year 1999. It is one of the renowned engineering colleges of Agra, Uttar Pradesh. It is situated at Keetham, Agra Delhi Highway NH-2. The college provides various programs in engineering to the aspiring technologists. BMAS is approved by All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi, and accordingly it meets all the national criteria framed for the education. Being a co-educational institute, it is open to all sections of students and consequently provides a fine opportunity for the students to learn and develop themselves in their concerned domains.
The college has quite a number of facilities that facilitate the proper growth of students both in academics and other aspects of personality building. Top in this list is separately arranged hostels for boys and girls so as to provide comfortable living space to those students who come from out-of-town places. Provided is a well-equipped library that is a hub of knowledge. Other than that, there are IT infrastructural facilities that help students remain connected with current technology changes. There is also a dining hall to meet the food needs of the students, and an auditorium where many programs and activities are conducted.
BMAS is operating a focused bouquet of four full-time B.Tech programmes, designed to meet the emerging needs in the technology sector. The total seating capacity that the college offers across the programmes stands at 360 seats, which is a clear indicator of the vision it has towards imparting quality education in the core engineering programmes. The B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering forms the highest intake, with 120 seats, followed by 90 seats for both Computer Science Engineering and Information Technology, and Electronic and Instrumentation Engineering with 60 seats.

The college had a good infrastructure. It had laboratories and three large conference halls, large classrooms, and wifi facility. There was a large library for the courses. Hostel were also good. College followed the importance of greenery and there were many open field on the campus.
