Babu Rampal Singh Mahavidyalaya, a constituent and sub-campus affiliated to MIC. Uttar Pradesh situated in Thakurdwara, Moradabad, that provided education to the minds of young people since 2003. Situated over a vast 5-acre campus, the institution has grown to be an important hub for higher education in the region. This NCTE-approved college offers 13 courses through 5 different degree programmes. With a student enrolment of 391 learners, the faculty strength is 32 dedicated educators who make the ratio of students to teachers extremely favorable in all these institutions, ensuring proper personal attention and quality education with appropriate aids.

The institution provides 13 regular courses where the course curricula differ from undergraduate to postgraduate programmes. It teaches undergraduate courses in Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science. Postgraduate courses also cover equal diversity - offering postgraduate training in the form of MA in the subjects of English, Geography, Home Science, Drawing, and Urdu, besides M.Sc classes in Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Zoology, and Botany. The same institute also offers a D.El.Ed diploma course for an approved intake of 50 students, clearly indicating its concern and interest in this stream of teacher education, where a quality teacher could be groomed to take up similar work which is crucially needed at the secondary and higher level of instruction. The Babu Rampal Singh Mahavidyalaya has ensured that the procedure regarding intake and admission into such programmes like D.El.Ed is a little fair and merit-orientated. The admission to this programme is absolutely on the basis of marks scored in the qualifying examination and/or performance in an entrance examination. Other than that, the college is justified in following other procedures for selection, in consonance with the policies of the state government or the UT administration.
