Badruka College Postgraduate Centre has a Placement cell that provides training and placement assistance to its students. The BCPGC placement cell organises both on-campus and off-campus drives for eligible students at BCPC, Hyderabad. During the BCPGC placement process, the cell arranges mock interviews, aptitude tests and group discussions for the eligible students. 

The BCPGC placement cell helps in facilitating placement-related activities like seminars, workshops, project work industrial visits and other activities for students.
