Establishment Bahera College Bahera, Darbhanga Bihar was established in the year 1979 as a Constituent college. It is an institution of higher learning and offers various under-graduation level educational programs to aspiring students in its vicinity. It has a total student enrolment of 3,600 with a faculty strength of 14. The college provides an ideal atmosphere for academic growth and the all-round development of the students.

In the college, there is a number of facilities to make the stay of students more enriching. The sports facilities will enable the sports-loving students to keep themselves physically fit and generate team spirit. A properly stacked library is the treasury of knowledge for academics, wherein students get all support for studies and research work. Practical exposure is provided by well-equipped departmental level laboratories, which are an essentially requisite ingredient for the science-based streams in the college. Boys' and girls' separate hostels are made available by the institution to accommodate students in comfort.

Bahera College offers three full-time undergraduate courses consisting of BA Hons, B.Sc Hons, and B.Com Hons; each of three years. These courses are specially aimed to provide a sound foundation in the respective concerned fields, either for further academics or professional ventures. Admission to Bahera College is, however all-inclusive and based on merit.
