Bal Bharti Teachers Training College located in Alwar, Rajasthan was established in the year 2008 is a pioneer institution of the state. Bal Bharti Teachers Training College was established to deliver the course majoring on the preparation of teachers. The institution currently provides one full-time course: The course known as Bachelor of Education (B.Ed). This two-year programme is created, with an approved capacity of 100 students, with the mission of cultivating competent and enthusiast teachers. Since quality education is a central area of focus at the college, the human resource comprises 13 qualified and experienced members of the faculty to ensure a healthy students to teachers ratio. The college has 196 students enrolled and therefore, has a small size which ensures that student receives an individual and special attention from the instructors.

Admission in Bal Bharti Teachers Training College is quite competitive and therefore candidates are admitted on merit. All the students who aspire to get admission in the B.ED course must produce the Pre Teacher Education Training Test – (PTET) conducted by University of Jai Narayan Vyas, Jodhpur or M.D.S. University Ajmer. After the examination, selections are made for preparation of the college by counseling meeting which is held in either Jodhpur or Ajmer.
