This Balasinor College of Polytechnic, Kheda, is one of the earlier technical institutes in the state of Gujarat. The institute was established in 2010. This co-educational institution is situated on the highway to Ahmedabad and offers several diploma courses in the engineering field. With a total area of 10 acres, this college is devoted towards technical education and has been approved by AICTE. Balasinor College of Polytechnic has an enrollment strength of 1130 students and a faculty strength of 55. Balasinor College of Polytechnic offers five full-time diploma courses in engineering, each lasting three years. Such programmes are Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, and Electronics and Communication Engineering. The sanctioned strength of the college in all such programmes is only 450 and the highest strength sanctioned is 210 in Mechanical Engineering only.
