Balikhand Degree College at Balasore, Odisha, was established in 1992 as an affiliated college The colleges is located at Balasore. This mixed university provides a wide spread of undergraduate courses of study majoring on arts and commerce fields. The college’s total student enrolment is 681 ; offering eight courses in three degree programs. Balikhand Degree College has been in existence for nearly three decades offering specializations in subject areas is Odia, History, Political Science, Education, Sanskrit, & English etc.
