Bansal Institute of Engineering and Technology, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, is an affiliated college, established in 2008, for Engineering and technology education. The college is affiliated with Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow, and has the approval of All India Council of Technical Education, New Delhi, ensuring it meets national standards.The college offers a total of 7 courses in various disciplines. As of now, the college offers 7 courses in B.Tech and diploma courses so as to meet the academic needs of the students. There are 5 B.Tech courses at Bansal Institute of Engineering and Technology and all these courses are of 4 year duration. For those who wish to pursue courses of shorter duration, the college offers diploma courses in two specialisations, Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering. 

Admission to Bansal Institute of Engineering and Technology is different for different courses. As for B.Tech courses, the college takes into account certain exams such as JEE Main so as to ensure that only those with an inclination towards engineering are taken in.
