Bant Anchalika College, Bhadrak was established in 1980, Located at Bant, District- Bhadrak Odisha is a co-educational College. This affiliated college, NAAC accredited, provides for students various undergraduate programmes in arts streams. Being a small campus college, the college occupies a land area of 5 acres, and at present has a total of 409 students, and 18 faculty and staff members. Bant Anchalika College offers 8 programmes through two study fields covering various branches of humanities and social sciences.

Bant Anchalika college has made provision of various facilities that depending on the course taken, enhances the learning of the students. Pivoted at the central of these facilities is the General Library, which occupies a floor area of 750 square feet with students’ reading room area of 200 square feet. Modern arrangements are available in the library some of which are; computers with internet access, printer, photocopier and scanner. It is opened from 10 AM to 4 PM, during weekdays giving the students ample time to undertake research and study. The college also values the technological progress: Most of the classrooms are equipped with interactive displays for making visual and hand-on lessons.

Bant Anchalika College provides a total of eight undergraduate courses and these programmes are all full-time. The BA programme serves as the building block for the college’s curriculum with different honour speciality areas possible. These are English, Oriya, Political Science, History, Economics, Philosophy and Sanskrit. 

Students gets admission in Bant Anchalika College popularly known as BAC through admission exam of this college are reserved for girls. Candidates wishing to be admitted into this institution is tested on their results in their previous qualifying tests.
