B.Sc (Bachelor of Science): The intake for B.Sc. program at the Barbhag College is 120 seats. Admission is purely declared by merit, with selection contingent upon the performance of 10+2 science subjects by the candidate. Specializations offered by the college are Chemistry and Mathematics.

BA Hons Assamese: This particular program has a seat capacity of 60. Students' selection is based strictly on merit, focusing on performance in the Assamese paper and overall marks scored in the 10+2 examination.

B.Sc Hons Chemistry: This program has 25 seats, with the selection of students established based on overall merit in the 10+2 examination, giving special consideration to performance in Chemistry and other science subjects.

B.Sc Hons Mathematics: It has a seat intake of 35 for the candidates selected on merit specifically on Mathematics and its overall score in 10+2 examination.
