Barpeta BT College, Barpeta Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The college has a well-stocked library. It has a separate reading room adjacent to it. The sitting capacity of the reading room is twenty (40) trainees at a time. At present, there are 6719 No. books available including its reference section. In the reference section, there are One Thousand One hundred fifty-Seven (1157) books. Nine (9) educational journals are being subscribed.

The college has a well-equipped ICT Lab with the required number of computers, Printers, Scanner with internet facilities. There are two projectors, two TV sets, DVD Player, Radio, Mike set, etc.

The college has facilities for both indoor and outdoor games. It has its own playground. Various outdoor games like Volley Ball, Kabaddi, badminton, Long jump, high jump, etc are played here. Annual games and sports events are conducted here. The condition of the playground is being upgraded regularly.

The college has a multipurpose hall as per NCTE requirements. It is well lighted, well ventilated. It can accommodate 200 hundred trainees at a time. It has a public address system. All social functions of the college are held here besides some other curricular activities like seminars, workshops, etc.

The college has a departmental based laboratory facility for the students.

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

The college has a canteen facility for staff and students.

The college has Gym facility for the students.

The college also provides workshop facilities for all the students.
