B.Com Programs: Baselios Poulose Second College offers three very specialized programs under the B.Com degree. They are: B.Com in Computer Applications, B.Com in Travel & Tourism, and B.Com in Finance & Taxation. B.Com in Computer Applications has an intake for students of 100; Travel & Tourism and Finance & Taxation admit 50 students for each. Ultimately the basis of merit for admission is mostly dependent on the academic performance in the 10+2 examination with consideration to commerce or similar subjects.

BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration): The college can enroll 50 students in the BBA program. The admission to this course follows principally that the academic performance of candidates at 10+2 level is the main consideration, with an added advantage being given to students from commerce or business studies based subjects.
