Based in Anand, Gujarat, Bavisgam B.Ed. College is an affiliated institution concerned with teacher education. The college was established in the year 2009 and situated on a compact 2-acre campus. It offers two specialized programs in education, with student enrolment of 100 and a faculty strength of 8 members. The institution is recognized by the NCTE, hence ensuring that its national standards are followed for the purpose of training teachers.

This college prides itself on providing students with a complete range of facilities to make their educational experience more enriching. A very important addition to its infrastructure has been the newly built girls' hostel, where 100 students can be accommodated. Many latest facilities are also available in the hostel, such as 16 rooms with attached bathrooms, a dining hall, reading room, and an entertainment hall. It has a central library that acts as the main hub to support the students academically, having vast and varied learning resources. The theoretical teaching is supported by practical training in well-maintained and equipped laboratories. 

Bavisgam B.Ed. College runs two full-time courses in the field of Education. At the undergraduate level, the institution offers a two-year Bachelor of Education program, B.Ed., and also Diploma in Elementary Education, D.El.Ed., to turn students into a teaching profession. Both courses have an approved intake of 50 each, totaling 100 seats per annum. 

The admission into Bavisgam B.Ed. College will be based on merit, thus proving the Institution's commitment to quality education. The admission to the B.Ed. program shall be made based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. The selection process, in particular, is going to vary as per the policies prescribed by the state government of Gujarat or the affiliated university. Similarly, D.El.Ed courses will have admissions based on merit classification of candidate performance in the qualifying examination or based on entrance test ranking, once again following guideline prescription for admission by the state government or the UT administration.
