BDS School of Law, Meerut, is affiliated with the Bar Council of India. The school has been in the business of molding the legal minds of students entering the law profession for nearly two decades. BDS School of Law, Meerut thus follows the admissions process that would identify capable and motivated candidates for each of the programs-law courses offered by the institute at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, normally in synchronization with the academic year. No specific date is being given for the commencement of admissions. Minimum eligibility criteria for undergraduate programs would presumably be 10+2 from some board, which would be recognized. For postgraduate programs, that is, LLM, candidates must have completed their bachelor's law degree from a recognized university.
Admission Process
1. Interested candidates have to visit the official website of BDS School of Law to check for admission notifications and application forms.
2. Applicants are required to fill in the application form with correct personal and academic details. This form may be available online or to be collected from the college office.

6. Shortlisted candidates may be called for a written test and/or interview, depending on the course and selection process of the institute.

Degree-wise Admission Process
LLB: BDS School of Law has a 3-year LLB program with an intake for 180 seats, as approved. This undergraduate course is designed for students who have completed their graduation in any discipline and wish to pursue a career in law. The admission likely should consider the academic performance of the candidates in their previous degree and some entrance test or interview.
BA LLB: The institute offers an integrated 5-year BA LLB program for an intake of 60 seats as approved. This course would be suitable for students who have completed their 10 + 2 and want to pursue law immediately after high school. For admission into this course, 10 + 2 marks could be evaluated with some entrance test or interview.
LLM: Besides these undergraduate programs, the BDS School of Law conducts postgraduate LLM programs. Approved intake is, however, not mentioned and targets law graduates willing to specialize in their particular field. As with the LLB courses, it is likely that admission into the LLM would take into account the applicant's performance in the LLB and possibly will have an entrance and/or interview component.
