BES Institute of Technology (BESIT) calls itself an educational institution established in 2003 and situated in Bangalore, Karnataka. This affiliated college is located in the premier residential area of Jayanagar and has been molding the young engineering talent in the society for almost two decades. It is accredited by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) which mean that it takes its responsibility in catering quality education seriously. The institute occupies a compact but well laid 4.4 acres of area with all facilities and infrastructure well planned to support learning process. For this purpose, the BESIT has a cadre of 26 dedicated faculty members conducting a variety of diploma programmes, all directed toward producing competent professional engineers in various fields.

Once again, BES Institute of Technology boasts of circulating Foolproof facilities that enhance learning in all spheres. The quality of BESIT is supported by well-equipped laboratories, which meet the requirements of the Director of Technical Education (DTE) as well as the industry requirements and provide students with both theoretical and practical exposure simultaneously. The college library, known as the treasure house of knowledge, has a tremendous amount of pertinent subject books, previous years’ papers and supplementary reading material. As for diversified co-curricular & extra curricular activities / functions, Er. BESIT possesses multi functional sophisticated air-conditioned Auditorium having sitting capacity of more than 500 which is fully competent with latest audio-visual instruments. It has also ensured protection of the female students by availing a secure comfortable girls’ hostel to enhance the institute as a home.

BESIT at present has four full time diploma programmes. These involve various engineering disciplines, which makes students to have a number of ways through which they can be employed. The institute has an entry capacity of two hundred and forty students in total so that each course will accommodate sixty students. These diploma programmes are offered in the following fields: Electronics & communication engineering, computer science & engineering, Mechanical engineering and Civil engineering. Each of the courses is developed with the goal of laying a solid groundwork for the subject matter area, while also preparing the student for a world of increasing reliance on technology.
