Bethlahem Institute of Engineering, Kanyakumari, set up in 2008 is a prime institute of technical education in Tamil Nadu. This affiliated college is spread over 12 acres of land in Karungal. At present, the institute provide a wide range of twelve courses in two degree levels and serves student of 1,088. Bethlahem Institute houses 89 talented and committed lecturers thereby creating a favourable student-instructor ratio for standard mentoring practices.

Bethlahem Institute of Engineering provides 12 engineering courses which include six BE/B.Tech programmes, and six ME/M.Tech programmes. The undergraduate programmes are Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering and Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, all with 60 student intake for each programme while Electrical and Electronics Engineering take 30 intakes. In the postgraduate level specialisation offered are Power Electronics and Drives, Applied Electronics, Communication System, Computer Science and Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and Structural Engineering with different intake capacities.

Bethlahem Institute of Engineering has made the admission process to be easy and also based on merit results.
