It is an affiliated college in Kanaila Chakrapanpur in Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh established in the year 2005 and is continuing its tradition of molding the youth. This institution which is recognized by The National Council for Teacher Education, Ncte provides under graduate programs as well as diploma courses. The take capacity of the college is 1,247 total number of students while the faculty strength is 16, which drilling down to the essence of the college makes it unique. The college offers two bachelor’s degree courses – the Bachelor of Arts (BA) and the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed); and a Diploma course in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed). In the case of the B.Ed program, the institute has been permitted to intake one hundred students and in case of the D.El.Ed program two hundred and fifty students are allowed but only one hundred and fifty students are taken in. While it is not clear how many students are accommodated in the total of 1247 for BA programme, these courses sum up all the capacity of college students.
