Bhagwan Das Mahavidyalaya, Basti: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

The college Bhagwan Das Mahavidyalaya, Basti, was established in the year 2011 and is an affiliated college located in Sikandar Pur, Basti, Uttar Pradesh. It is a co-educational higher education institution that provides education to the students situated in the region. 

On the whole, the college offers several facilities to make the learning process enriching for all its students. The library is one of the hubs of this institution, with a firm collection of fiction and nonfiction books and reference books. The college also has well-equipped modern laboratories, one for each subject, where students can get hands-on learning experiences. For students with a liking or potential for sports and physical activities, the facilities for outdoor games are well planned. These include athletics, basketball, hockey, football, cricket, badminton, aerobics, karate, skating, and junior tennis. Such facilities help in all-round development and inculcating not only physical fitness but also a team spirit among the students. 

Bhagwan Das Mahavidyalaya provides a total of one main course of study: Bachelor of Arts (BA). This is a three-year full-time course to inculcate overall knowledge in the fields of Humanities and Social Sciences among the students. This course is designed to produce among its students a critical, culturally sensitized mind with wide exposure to society and human behavior as a whole.
