Bhagwan Shri Krishan College of Education for Women, Sirsa, was established in 1979. It is a women-only institution of education spread over 2 acres in Mandi Dabwali, Haryana. This affiliated college is devoted to developing future teachers. The institution is NAAC-accredited and NCTE-approved with the pride of providing quality training in teaching. The institute has an enrolment of 188 students with a faculty strength of 5 and provides a focused learning environment to the aspiring teachers.

It follows the reservation policies prescribed by the university and the state government for SC/ST/OBC, differently-abled individuals, and women.
