Bhagwan Shri Krishan College of Education for Women, Sirsa, was established in 1979. It is a women-only institution of education spread over 2 acres in Mandi Dabwali, Haryana. This affiliated college is devoted to developing future teachers. The institution is NAAC-accredited and NCTE-approved with the pride of providing quality training in teaching. The institute has an enrolment of 188 students with a faculty strength of 5 and provides a focused learning environment to the aspiring teachers.

The college also has a 15% management quota of the seats, which are filled on the basis of marks obtained in Bachelor's or Master's degree, as per the university policy. It follows the reservation policies prescribed by the university and the state government for SC/ST/OBC, differently-abled individuals, and women.
