Bhagwan Shri Shrikrishna Education College, Balapur was started in the year of 2006 is an affiliated college in Talodhi, Nagbhid Tehsil, Chandrapur District of Maharashtra. Located and spread over a 3-acre area, the institute is recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). Inasmuch as the college focuses on teacher education, it provides the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) programme. About this institute, it is total intakes 99 students on equal for both programmes with 7 members of the faculty. Another interesting feature of the college is that it focuses on the principle of education and provides only one general course. 

Bhagwan Shri Shrikrishna Education College offers a number of facilities for improving the learning process for its students. The library helps in student’s academics and the nutrition centre and those facilities that have to do with sports help in student’s health. It has various Wii gaming equipment such as caroms boards, badminton rackets being symbolically referred to as ‘the health and physical room to possess serious gaming equipment including volleyballs and footballs. It is besides equipped with many large well –ventilated comfortable classrooms that can conveniently host over 100 students each and are friendly to the environment. Besides, there are departmental laboratory amenities and superb information technology equipment for practical teaching as well as making the learners aware of the latest technology. 

However, at Bhagwan Shri Shrikrishna Education College only one full time programme was available, i.e. the Bachelor in Education (B.ed.). This two–year programme has an approved intake capacity of one hundred seats , which mini mam the institute’s capacity and commitment to produce quality teachers. 

The admission to the B.Ed programme offered by the Institute Bhagwan Shri Shrikrishna Education College will be under the CAP system.
