Bhagwantrao Education College of Gadchiroli, Maharashtra, is a recognised college committed to the development of teachers. This college was founded in 1992, and it has been preparing future educators for more than thirty years. The campus is located adjacent to Science College, Aheri and the area of land is one acre, which is conducive for teaching learning sessions for teacher education. It is recognised by National Council for Teacher Education(NCTE)that checks that the college compliance to standards set at the national level in the training of teachers. 

There is any diversity of facilities to enable them produce useful output for the productivity of Bhagwantrao Education College. In words these play the basic role of congregation of information, a resource base for teaching and learning. To meet the contemporary educational requirements, the college has effectively developed required Information Technology provisions that would build up required Electronics skills among the learners.

At present, our college offers only the Bachelor of Education (B ED) programme which is a two years full time course. The purpose of this programme is to ensure the student has knowledge and skills required in teaching practice. According to approved capacities, the college has an intake of 100 students for the B. Ed programme and can train a large number of teachers. 

Student admission policy of Bhagwantrao Education College is based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination.
