Bhagwati College of Education, Meerut, is a co-educational college with various undergraduate and postgraduate courses in education and commerce. Bhagwati College of Education is affiliated to Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut, and is NCTE-approved. The admissions at Bhagwati College of Education are made to shortlist deserving students on the basis of merit, following the regulations of the state government, university, and the regulatory authorities.

The college normally starts its academic year during the second week of the month of July each year. Degree wise Admission Process

B.Ed: Bachelor of Education course in Bhagwati College of Education is sanctioned for admission in 100 seats. There will be selection to the B.Ed course by merit based on the marks obtained by the students either in qualifying exam and/or entrance exam. The process will follow the directives laid down by the state government as well as by the university.

M.Ed: 80 seats are available in the Master of Education (M.Ed) course. The admissions are made on merit, subject to the marks secured in the qualifying examination, entrance test, or any other selection procedure as decided by the policies of the state government, university, or UT administration.

B.Com: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) program has an approved capacity of 60 students. Although specific steps for B.Com admission are not stated, it is most probably going to be done following the college's common admission process meritwise in the qualifying examination.

B.El.Ed: 50 seats are available in the Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) course. Admission is merit-based, taking into account marks scored in the entrance examination and/or qualifying examination, as per policies laid down by the state government or UT administration.

BA B.Ed Integrated: The integrated course has an approved capacity of 50 students. Admission is through an entrance examination organized by Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut, or on merit as per 10+2 marks as decided by the Dean, Faculty of Education. The candidate should have passed the senior secondary certificate exam (10+2) of CBSE or any state board recognized by the Government of India with 45% marks in aggregate.

D.El.Ed: Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) has 50 seats. Admission is merit-based, taking into account marks secured in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination, as per the policies of the state government or UT administration.
