Bhagwati Singh Memorial B.Ed. Mahavidyalaya, located at Bhabua, Bihar, was started in the year 2014 as one of the younger educational institutions. This is a co-educational college and has the stated mission of training teachers with two professional courses in the said discipline. This college has its campus on a compact 1-acre area and has been recognized as an affiliated institution, gaining approval from NCTE. With a total enrolment of 114 students and a faculty strength of 17, the congenial learning atmosphere within the college premises allows for personalized education.

Various facilities enrich the learning ambience to enhance the learning experience and overall development of the learner in the college. Bhagwati Singh Memorial B.Ed. Mahavidyalaya offers two full-time courses in teacher education.The Bachelor of Education program has an approved enrollment of 100 seats, while the Diploma in Elementary Education offers 50 seats. Both are two-year courses and the training is provided to be a teacher at the Secondary or Senior Secondary levels. 

Admission to Bhagwati Singh Memorial B.Ed. Mahavidyalaya is based on merit, which shall be determined by the marks secured by the candidate in his qualifying examination.Entrance examinations or other selection processes may also be held by the college provided the policies framed by the state government, Union Territory administration, and the affiliating university are adopted.
