Bharathiyar College of Education Salem was established in 2005 in Salem, Tamil Nadu. The college is spread across at 2.75 acres of total land. Bharathiyar College of Education is a coeducational institute approved by NCTE (National Council for Teacher Education). The institute offers one undergraduate course in the stream of Education. The course includes a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) programme in full-time mode. 

Bharathiyar College of Education offers a variety of amenities to its students. The college library provides numerous books and newspapers as well as journals to enhance learning among students. To support practical learning and skill demonstration, there are well-equipped laboratories and an ICT Centre for students.
