Bharati Vidyapeeth Homoeopathic Medical College, Pune was established in the year 1990 as an eminent seat for homoeopathic education. This college is one of the constituent units of Bharati Vidyapeeth, sprawling over a sprawling 67-acre campus located at Pune in the state of Maharashtra. The college is accredited with an 'A' grade by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council and approved by the Central Council of Homoeopathy for maintaining very good quality in its educational standards. The on-campus 100-bed Homoeopathic Hospital is an excellent training ground for the students and free treatment is availed to the deprived. Bharati Vidyapeeth Homeopathic Medical College conducts all types of courses in homeopathy. The flag bearer course is the Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery with 100 seats.

It is a postgraduate college, and it imparts courses like MD in Homoeopathic Materia Medica, Organon of Medicine and Philosophy, Homoeopathic Repertory, Homoeopathic Pharmacy, Practice of Medicine, and all these courses have an intake capacity of 6 students. The PhD courses offered by the college are Repertory, Homoeopathic Materia Medica, Organon of Medicine and Philosophy, and Homeopathy Pharmacy for those who are interested in contributing research to homeopathy. All the courses offered are full-time, and the study is intensive, thoroughly focused on homeopathy.  The admission to BHMS course will be through NEET conducted every year by National Testing Agency, NTA, and counseling will be through AYUSH Admission Central Counseling Committee. For postgraduate admission into MD courses, admission is done via All India AYUSH Post Graduate Entrance Test conducted by AIAPGET. The Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune, conducts a separate entrance examination for Ph.D. programs (Deemed to be University).
