Bhimrao Ramrao Ambedkar College of Education Betul was set up in the year 2004 is one of the leading college for teacher education of Madhya Pradesh situated in India. Co-educational and situated in Betul, this college is a constituent college recognised and endorsed by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). Situated in a total area of 1 acre, the college, currently provides three B. Ed courses with total  enrolment capacity of 388 students. Currently, there are thirty one educators in the faculty which keep the institute’s student-teacher ratio optimal, and allow individual student attention and effective learning.

The college offers a set of infrastructures that is expected to facilitate the learning process of its learners. A resourceful library is established to be vital input center, which supplies the relevant information to the aspiring educators. Bhimrao Ramrao Ambedkar College of Education lays down a limited number of full-time courses related to the field of education. The institute's academic portfolio comprises three distinct programs: BET, B.ED, D.ED and D.EL.ED. The first pillar is imparting B.Ed, a program which has an intake capacity of 200 while for the D.El.Ed, the institute has permission for admitting 100 students. Both of these programs last for two years and prepare the students for a career in education head start. 

The admission policy in Bhimrao Ramrao Ambedkar College of Education is that it is based on merit and which is very much clear. The admission criteria for the B.Ed program depend on the marks distribution in the qualifying examination and/ or entrance test. Ed programme for the admission in college the process which is followed is merit list quota wise based on the marks from their qualifying examination or entrance test as per policy of state government & UT administration.
