The BIMIT Bhubaneswar provides hostel facilities to the students by hiring buildings. Each student is provided with a reasonably furnished room on a sharing basis for facilitating the development of understanding and mutual help. The college has an in-house provision of first-aid treatment for all inhabitants. A pharmacist takes care of the above throughout the working hours. The first-aid kit presently contains nearly 20 emergency medicines.

The college library is automated, housing around 25,000 books, periodicals on Management and Information Technology, and other general matters. It also subscribes to various magazines, journals, and newspapers. The library staff works closely with students and faculty, offering both individual and group assistance. The library is also a storehouse of a large number of videotapes and CDs covering the course materials.

BIMIT Bhubaneswar has its own canteen facility for both staff and students, providing healthy, hygienic, and pure vegetarian food.

The college has a seminar hall where national and international seminars are organised every year. Equipped with an LCD projector, pleasant sound system, and serene environment, the seminar hall can accommodate 250 persons.

The college has its own transportation facility, with two buses running on different routes to pick up interested students, covering almost all the junctions of Bhubaneswar city. This service is not only limited to academics but also extended for Industrial Tours and other important activities like Placement, Picnics, etc.

BIMIT Bhubaneswar's computing facilities include the most modern up-to-date equipment, including the latest PCs. There are currently two laboratories for use by students with Wi-Fi Facility. One lab operates in the LAN environment while the other facilitates advanced computing, housing all the advanced software. The latter laboratory is utilised for activities like computer training and software development.
