About BIS College of Engineering and Technology, Moga
Bis College of engineering and technology Moga started in 2008 is an affiliated college located at Moga-Amritsar Highway, Moga in the state of Punjab India. This is one of the largest institutions occupying 14 acres of land and has been molding young engineers for over a decade now. The college is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education which shows the college standard of education. 128 students in total have been taken by the university while 30 young talents make the faculty of BIS College and focus on more diversified fields of engineering.
The college has many facilities to support the student that are contemporary and are of great benefit to the learner. It has separate well-established demonstration laboratories like Communication Skill Lab, Chemistry Lab, Physics Lab, Hardware Lab, Software lab, Microprocessor Lab etc. For the technology freaks, the college has a computerized computer lab with air control applicants Core 2 Duo computers and fast internet services. Library, a knowledge center, has more than 25000 books and the library has access to many national and international e- journals thus providing an optimal environment for learning.
There are different hostels for boys and girls to cater the needs of students as well as entire hostels are fully provisioned with WiFi, indoor as well as outdoor games resources and have 24/7 security provisions. Sports are highly promoted in the college physical education, including provision for facilities for playing hockey, football, cricket and athletics.
For those who like spending time in cultural activities the college arranges programmes and also has an audition hall for drama, music and seminars. New College of Engineering & Technology Bharathiar University offers various engineering disciplines that can meet different students personal and professional goals.
