For this paper, the BKR Girls Degree College was selected, a college first accredited in 2014 and situated in Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh. The institution is recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), reaffirming the education focus on quality in teaching. With a total number of student intake, the college has 200 students and a faculty member strength of 16 making the learning environment compact. 

BKR Girls Degree College has a number of or facilities that is aimed at improving on the learning process of the students. The developed library include 7282 books, 42 numbers of journals and 12 numbers of encyclopedia, with 100 students’ standard seating capacity. I have observed that this resourceful setting fosters evasive learning as well as research. In large number the college provides facility for physical development where students can involve themselves in different games such as cricket, football, hockey, volleyball, badminton, table tennis etc. The institution also has functional laboratories to ensure hands on practical knowledge in accordance with current market practices. To cope up with students technological era BKR Girls Degree College has started computerised lab and WiFi with the help of reliance Jio communication so that students may get proper use of internet to prepare their documents and projects for their classes. 

This college offers all its training in full time and there are only three, which formerly focuses on education and arts. 

The admission process of BKR Girls Degree College is mainly on the basis of marks scored in previous academic examination, and/or entrance test.
