BLDEA's New Arts and Commerce College, Tikota , is an affiliated College which was started in the year 1969 at Vijayapura of Karnataka state by BLDEA. The institution is located in a 10 acre land and is affiliated to the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). Currently the college is hosting a total of 432 students and has 13 faculty members The college currently offers two under graduate programmes. It aims impart quality education in arts and commerce with special emphasis to fulfil the need in education of the region.

College Infrastructure
Campus life is very beautiful and enjoyable. There are students from all over the world. The gender ratio is almost equal. Extracurricular activities are very exciting and good. Laboratory services are high-class. There are technical competitions as well. Every year, the college conducts these competitions several times. The hostel is available for boys inside the campus.
