BR College of Education, Kurukshetra, Haryana, India is the prime institution in the state for the reformation of the future of education. BR College of Education runs oriented varieties of courses in the arena of education.Presently, the institution runs two regular courses on a full-time basis, viz.: Bachelor of Education and Diploma in Elementary Education. The duration of the former is two years. The course is meant to prepare teachers for elementary Level Education. The total intake of the college in all programs is 317. On both sides, the college maintains a very good student-teacher ratio and has 16 faculty members to take care of personalized attention and quality teaching. 

The admission process to BR College of Education, in essence, is founded on the principles of equity and comprehensiveness.The admission to the B.Ed. course is purely based on merit, i.e., marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination as per the State Government, U.T. Administration, and University concerned from time to time. The admission followed by D.El.Ed. is totally a different one, with the merit list being prepared as per the percentage of marks obtained in the 10+2 examination. The same shall be streamwise, with Arts, Science, Commerce, and Vocational streams, so that there can be a heterogeneous batch of students.
