BR Harne College of Physiotherapy, Thane: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

Being established in 2021, BR Harne College of Physiotherapy is a new age college situated in Thane, Maharashtra which has been coming up with good number of achievements in the field of physiotherapy education. Located at Karav Vangani, this affiliated college provides best environment to the physiotherapy aspirants to learn and grow exponentially. It is a 33 acre campus where adequate area is available for academic and co-curricular development and part of the philosophy of learning. There is availability of host of modern facilities that are existing in this college to improve the student’s learning. 

The library is well endowed to support research and learning as a credible repository of information and learning materials. Modern facilities allow practical demonstrations which are valuable for the acquisition of such competencies in physiotherapy. Once again, the college has a good IT system with up-to date technologies that makes students develop the right attitude toward the new and developing technologies. As for the protection of the health of its students, the institution provides health care with first aid services. The auditorium is used for academic meetings and seminars where differing ideas may be discussed. Moreover the college provides transport facilities to enable the students and the staffs to have easy accessibility. 

At present, BR Harne College of Physiotherapy offers only one course, Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) which is a four year full time course that act as the backbone of the college. This program aims at producing physiotherapy students with the right knowledge and skills required in addressing physiotherapy challenges. Toilet The college was unable to produce overall enrollments and faculty, however, the college has a policy of accommodating optimal number of students to offer face-to-face ratio in order to increase student retention and quality education. 

Admission policy of BR Harne College of Physiotherapy follows merit system and its methodology is very systematic. Applicants have to appear for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) a written examination for admission to medical, dental and other Allied Health Science. This helps to ensure that the college will be able to attract and select the best mind whom one wishes to render him or herself to a physiotherapy career. The college uses NEET as one of its primary modes of admission to ensure that the college conforms to the national standard. BR Harne College of Physiotherapy is quite young, but with each passing day it is trying to establish itself in the field of physiotherapy education. It has all the modern amenities and learning clinic, and besides having a controlling mechanism that concentrates on particular disciplines, it gives a good background on any individual touching its educational sector. In the future as the college expands, it is strived to be a great input to the health care sector through producing competent and caring physiotherapists who are willing to transform their practice field positively.
