The Bright College of Education, Bhiwani, was established in the year 2008 under the blessed and noble guidance of His Holiness Maharaj Sahib. It is situated in the village of Kitlana, on the main road going from Charkhi Dadri to Bhiwani. The college is co-educational in character and engages in the working of preparing upcoming educators. Basically, it functions in the same way as affiliated colleges with greater university guidance, which in turn ensures standardized well-being of quality education. The college is proud to have approval by the National Council for Teacher Education, as it clearly defines the assurance that the college maintains in imparting the highest standards in teacher education.

The college is situated in 1 acre of campus area, which provides learning and personal growth. College enrollment in total is 197 students and the teaching faculty is 9, thereby maintaining an intimate learning atmosphere between the students and teachers. Bright College of Education offers an only program in the form of a degree i.e., Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) with an intake of 100 students as approved by the stakeholders in the teacher training programme, indicating a focused approach.

The Bright College of Education has a number of facilities that enhance the learning of its students.  Of major importance is the availability of a college library, which has 3,000 reading textbooks, reference materials, 8 journals, 2 encyclopedias, tailored to the description of the teacher education curriculum. Besides, the Psychology Lab also houses a number of apparatuses and tests for would-be teachers in connection with educational psychology, intelligence, aptitude, creativity, and personality. The college also takes care of the physical well-being of the wards by providing a cricket ground, basketball, and badminton courts with a stadium complex, athletic tracks on one hand, and indoor sports with all sports kits on the other.

The B.Ed program at Bright College of Education is a two-year full-time course, where students will be trained to have a rewarding career in the teaching field. The B.Ed curriculum is well oriented toward educational theories, teaching methodologies, and practical skills in relation to teaching.

Admission to the B.Ed. course at Bright College of Education is made purely on the basis of merit with combined marks in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. The college follows the admission policy framed by the state government/UT administration under the guidelines received from the affiliating university.

The college provides an ambience in which learning takes place in a cooperative climate.The college provides first-aid cells for medical emergencies, a canteen for providing hygienic food and drinks, and an auditorium for conducting activities and seminars. The transport facility from Bhiwani to the campus is made available for the staff and students for reaching the premises of the college, without any discomfort, so as to access education. An IT infrastructure for knowledge is present with the college computer facilities, which allows the college to be competent in preparing students for the digital era of teaching. The Bright College of Education has now opened up the path toward the future of education in Haryana.
