The Bright College of Education, Bhiwani, was established in the year 2008 situated in the village of Kitlana, on the main road going from Charkhi Dadri to Bhiwani. The college is co-educational and have approval by the National Council for Teacher Education, as it is spread over 1 acre of campus area, which provides learning and personal growth. College enrolment in total is 197 students and the teaching faculty is 9, thereby maintaining an intimate learning atmosphere between the students and teachers. 

The Bright College of Education has a number of facilities that enhance the learning of its students.  Of major importance is the availability of a college library, which has 3,000 reading textbooks, reference materials, 8 journals, 2 encyclopedias, tailored to the description of the teacher education curriculum. Besides, the Psychology Lab also houses a number of apparatuses and tests for would-be teachers in connection with educational psychology, intelligence, aptitude, creativity, and personality. The college also takes care of the physical well-being of the wards by providing a cricket ground, basketball, and badminton courts with a stadium complex, athletic tracks on one hand, and indoor sports with all sports kits on the other.

The B.Ed program at Bright College of Education is a two-year full-time course, where students will be trained to have a rewarding career in the teaching field. The B.Ed curriculum is well oriented toward educational theories, teaching methodologies, and practical skills in relation to teaching.

Admission to the B.Ed. course at Bright College of Education is made purely on the basis of merit with combined marks in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. The college follows the admission policy framed by the state government/UT administration under the guidelines received from the affiliating university.
