The college BRS Dental College and General Hospital started in the year 1992. It is more than three decades that the affiliated institute has been molding the future of dental education and is considered among the foremost dental institutions of Panchkula. Its campus is situated at Billa to Asrewali, Panchkula, and provides different dental courses to the interested aspiring dental professionals. With a total enrolment of 147 students and a faculty strength of 63, BRS Dental College provides a very conducive environment for learning and growing to become a good dentist.

BRS Dental College and General Hospital, Panchkula, is one of the recognized dental colleges offering undergraduate and postgraduate courses in dentistry. The policy for admission to all the courses is merit-based, wherein only the best students are selected. The admission procedure relies mainly on entrance exams at the national level, which are as per the specifications as required by the Dental Council of India (DCI).
For undergraduate admissions, BRS Dental College takes NEET-UG scores into consideration. NEET-UG is a standardized test that evaluates applicants in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, and gives an equal grounds for selecting bright students from all over India. NEET-UG application form generally comes out in February, with the exam being held in May of every year.
Postgraduate admission to BRS Dental College is done through the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for MDS (NEET-MDS). The test is specially organized for dental graduates for admissions to various MDS courses. Application for NEET-MDS begins in February and the test is organized in March.

For BDS Programme:

3. Fill in the counseling form with BRS Dental College as a preference.
4. Wait for seat allotment depending on NEET-UG rank and availability.
5. Report to BRS Dental College on allotment for document verification and admission confirmation.
6. Pay the fee and complete the admission.
For MDS Courses:
1. Appear in NEET-MDS and obtain a valid score.
2. Get registered for all-India or state-level PG dental counseling.
3. Participate in the counseling process, specifying BRS Dental College and desired specializations.
4. On being selected, report to the college for document verification and admission.
5. Complete the admission process by paying the fee and furnishing documents.
Degree wise Admission Process
BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery): BRS Dental College has BDS course of 60 sanctioned seats. NEET-UG rank is accepted only for admissions in the undergraduate course. Aspirants should have 10+2 as the main subject with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology and with minimum requirements prescribed by the DCI.
