Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering and Technology, Ahmedabad was established in 1982 offering AICTE approved courses. The courses offered include Diploma, B.E./ B.Tech, PGD, and M.E./ M.Tech. Students are offered admissions on the basis of merit in qualifying and entrance examinations. For B.Tech courses, students must have valid GUJCET scores. For M.Tech courses, Gujarat PGCET scores are required.
