Central Modern College of Education, Kolkata started in 2016. This is an affiliated, co-educational college located at the vibrant city of Kolkata and approved by NCTE. The institute sprawls over a compact area of 9 acres with a focused learning environment for the aspiring educators. With the enrolment of 91 students and a faculty strength of 12, this college shall always have an intimate academic atmosphere that will foster close interaction between students and teachers.

The amenities available in this college also take pride in offering a host of facilities that further enrich the learning experience of its students. A well-stocked library shall act as a knowledge hub, providing resources essential for teacher training. The institution also has a gym and sports facilities to ensure that the students keep physically fit and active. Admissions to Central Modern College of Education shall be made strictly on the basis of merit, ascertained based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. It accepts the state government and affiliated university policies on admissions.
