Chaitanya college of Pharmacy Education and Research was established in 2008, affiliated with Kakatiya University, Warangal. The quality of the college can be confirmed by the accreditation of the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), so the quality of education =is carefully monitored. Located in a 0.75 of an acre, it offers two distinct programmes of pharmacy. The overall student enrolment is 589 and faculty members consist of 47, so institute has a good strength of faculty members to students ratio. The college has a relatively equal number of male and female students; the male students total 184, while the female students are 160. Chaitanya College of Pharmacy Education and Research is aimed at delivering the complete pharma education, and to consequently, offer excellent job opportunities to its students.

Chaitanya college of Pharmacy Education and Research provides a number of resources aimed at improving the learning and for the personal growth of the students. The campus also includes a library where students can obtain academic materials of all types in order to study. For health conscious, there is a gymnasium facility for training. The college also has laboratories for use in practical classes and practical research purposes. Its health requirement is met by a health centre with first aid amenities. The amenities include a sports complex and a cafeteria for taking snacks or meals break. The campus has a hall for functions and seminars, together with communication and Information Technology equipment to suit current student requirements. In addition, the college offers a hostel for both males and females to enable learners from various areas to afford comfortable living facilities.

Chaitanya College of Pharmacy Education and Research has only two full time courses in the field of pharmacy. It includes programmes that offers undergraduate and postgraduate studies in pharmaceutical sciences to students. The total students’ capacity of this college is 589 which reveals that this college has the capability to offer quality education services to a reasonable number of students intending to study pharmacy. The courses offered by the college are Pharma.D and B.Pharma.
