Chakra Teachers Training College Masunda, established in the year 2014, is a co-education college; it is an affiliated college located at West Dhania, Masunda, North 24 Parganas of West Bengal. This college works under the approval of NCTE. The college features itself within a 1-acre campus, with an enrolment of 277, and there are 25 faculty members associated with it.

The college is committed to providing a comfortable and supportive learning environment. It has a well-stocked library that supports the pursuit of academics by catering to a great deal as far as the educational resources are concerned. The campus has sports ground in place, allowing sporting students and students who engage in sporting interests to have an all-round attitude toward education. Chakra Teachers Training College offers two courses on a full-time basis offered by the college Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed)The B. Ed program is designed to equip graduates with all the confidence and knowledge so as to be capable of delivering at the secondary school level.

Admission to the B.Ed.course is purely based on merit prepared through marks obtained in the qualifying and/or entrance test examination. The merit list shall be based on the guidelines by the State Government of West Bengal and affirming University. The B.Ed. In terms of eligibility for the course, a bachelor's degree from a university that is recognized of whatsoever subject, obtained with at least the prescribed percentage as under the directives /provisions.
