Eligibility:
PGDM Programs: Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA.
FPM and Executive FPM: Candidates must hold a master's degree or equivalent in the relevant field.
Selection Process:
PGDM Programs: Admission to CIMP’s flagship PGDM program is highly competitive and includes the following steps:
Shortlisting based on entrance exam scores (CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, ATMA, GMAT), academic record, and work experience.
Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) for shortlisted candidates, typically held in March.
Final selection based on a merit list considering weighted scores of academic performance, test scores, work experience, and performance in GD and PI.
PGDM Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Venture Development:
Shortlisting based on academic record, work experience, and Statement of Purpose.
Personal interviews for shortlisted candidates.
Approved Intake: 30 seats.
FPM (Fellow Programme in Management):
Submission of a 5000-word research proposal.
Shortlisting based on test scores (CAT, GMAT, GRE, NET), academic record, work experience, and proposal quality.
Research Proposal Presentation and Personal Interview for shortlisted candidates.
Final selection based on weighted criteria:
Academic qualifications (20%)
Test scores (20%)
Research proposal presentation (40%)
Personal interview (20%).
Approved Intake: 20 seats.
Executive FPM:
Submission of a Statement of Purpose (max 1000 words).
Screening by the EFPM Admissions Committee.
Personal Interviews for shortlisted candidates.
Final selection based on overall performance in the academic area of specialization.
Application Process
The application process varies depending on the program:
For PGDM Programs:
Take one of the accepted entrance exams (CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, ATMA, GMAT).
Apply through the CIMP official website during the application window.
Pay the application fee online.
Submit the following required documents:
Entrance exam score card
Degree certificates and mark sheets (10th, 12th, Bachelor's)
Work experience certificate (if applicable)
Caste certificate (if applicable)
Shortlisted candidates will be notified for GD and PI.
Attend the GD and PI as scheduled.
Final selection results are typically announced in the third week of April.
For FPM and Executive FPM:
Submit the application form available on the CIMP website.
Pay the application fee.
Submit required documents, including:
Research proposal (for FPM) or Statement of Purpose (for Executive FPM)
Academic certificates and mark sheets
Entrance exam score card (CAT, GMAT, GRE, NET for FPM)
Work experience documents (especially for Executive FPM)
Shortlisted candidates will be called for research proposal presentation and/or personal interview.
Attend the interview as per the schedule (usually in April-May).
Final selection results will be announced, and the program typically commences in June.

Marketing and Finance. If you go for marketing, the professors are really good. They have in depth knowledge about the subject, but in case of Finance, it lags comparatively. Yes the course curriculum is relevant and it does make the students industry ready but until and unless you make an effort to improve yourself.
The faculty is very friendly and well-experienced, teaching in a practical manner. They provide significant support during campus placements by offering extra classes. The course well-designed for every department, several workshops are conducted to empower students.
