Students pursuing BBA (Service Industry Management) course would get to learn about human resource management, total quality management, entrepreneurship, cross-cultural management, tourism and hospitality management, financial resource management etc. Case-studies, field visits, discussions etc. will further expose them to becoming more hands-on-industry ready professionals.
