The infrastructure of the university is not that great or good but for any private university is very important to build the infrastructure as a part of there priority and improve it in every possible way.
While a few teachers were very supportive, I felt the overall teaching quality could have been a little better. The curriculum didn’t always focus enough on practical skills, . I believe there’s a lot of room for improvement in how the subjects.
There were not many companies coming to recruit b.com students. Most of the students he placement cell tried to help, but the opportunities available were limited, and the process wasn’t very organized.
Considering it’s a private college, the fees were affordable, , the value for money wasn’t great. The education was normal for the price, but there could have been a lot more focus on improving the facilities and job opportunities for students.
Campus life was also below average. There weren’t many extracurricular activities or opportunities to socialize and grow outside of academics. it lacked the energy and support needed for a full college experience.
The best college to start your career which provides you best facilities and a good infrastructure with highly educated staff. The college provide Wi-Fi facility along with proper laboratories and computer labs also species classroom and proper port facilities along with hostel facilities.
The college provide the best curriculum course to succeed in semester exams and also it helps to make students industrial ready. The quality of teaching is appreciable the courses is up to date and also provide extra information about the future and the career.
90% out of hundred are being placed last year in my department and this year for sure I'll be placed with good package. The average package of of placements are 12 LPA the minimum package is 6 lacs per annum and the highest package is 30 lacs per annum.
This college totally values your money. The average fees of any course for 1 year is around 80000. There's no extra charges for any extra courses. You will get best courses in minimum prices here.
I have experience the best college life fair the infrastructures the college environment the parks, the canteen, the food courts. I guaranteed you will never feel boredom in this campus. This campus is the safest place for the girls and also it support women empowerment the student engagement in every activity is the first property of the college and also it support women empowerment. The student engagement in every activity is the first property of the college. And the best part is the fest and the festivals that the college organise in every 2 months.
The anti ragging commission, the department of Student welfare both makes student feel comfortable and home like environment. The college also organised many concert as a last year or college organise the concept of a great singer Darshan Raval.
The infrastructure was good and very hugh in size. Colour combination also decent. But the cleanliness and hygiene were not that maintained as per standards and expectations. Otherwise building and area was soothing to spend 3 years.
1. Yes, everything was available as per the fees structure and standards but there are higher expectations. 2. Facilities were there like smart boards, wifi at some places not all and good quality benches. 3. Not that much clean and food quality of college canteen was not good but pvt stores were indeed nice.
I study Bachelors of Commerce in honors. Teaching qualis good and teachers are weel educated and cooperative. 2. I think the curriculum could be better with more practical options rather than all theoretical ones
1. Placements are a joke literally only sales profile companies approach this college for junior and executive jobs. 2. I guess less than 30% were placed as per my knowledge. Highest salary was in Btech in Amazon of around 45 lacs. 3. Average salary and ctc was 5 to 6 lpa. Placement process is hectic and management is very confused and not expecting such rash and hasty decisions College is very supportive
1. Bcom is around 50k per year. And additional expenses of travel and food also. 2. As per the fees i guess the education Quality and standard are decent and acceptable. Can improve regularly and add new variations.
CGC Landran is a very money friendly college suggested for undergraduates. Placement are not that good. Hygiene and cleanliness is decent. Teacher and staff are very cooperative and supporting. Rest depends on the students and their dedication.

It is really a excellent college from my prospective . They have build so much good infrastructure . They are constructing some more buildings and that also so big . All the classes will have ac , smart classes and many more .
The kind of academic they have provided is really a great . I am being in the final year I am really thankful to all the teachers who made me so much capable of doing my studies and always they help me .
From last few year they placement drive is becoming good . They have made one placement cell where they teaches the students how they will try to get more placement package from the company . It is really good that my colleag is doing this .
Yes . It is truly valuable for the money . The kind of knowledge they have offered is really a great work . At the cost no college will provide such a wonderful education system . They have really done good work .
My college have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment . All the staff members were well educated. All rooms were well ventilated and have smart classes i.e wifi, smart boards etc. There are many libraries so that each student can study well without any disturbance. There are coaches provided so that they can trained the students. The rooms in hostel were big and well cleaned, food is also hygienic.
I'm studying BBA. All teachers were well disciplined and have great knowledge about their subjects which they taught. My curriculum is updated so that all students can know about their job plans that they want.
The placement is likely good. As we know that all students in a class were not master mind but few of them are. We can say that it is depend upon the students behaviour, qualification etc. But my college have placement as compared to other.
It's something 1.5 lac per year
No
Infrastructure: Hostel infrastructure is good but it's mesh food is not so nice. And the main thing is food for everyone. There are many hostels in CGC which offers different facilities like 2 seater, 3 seater and 4 seater hostels with AC & non AC rooms. Food is same for every hostel.
Around 83-85% of students get internships and more than 90% of students get placed in good companies. Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our department is very good. It has a clean library, labs, classrooms, and Wi-Fi in the hostel and campus. Hostel serves good food.
Placements in our college are moderate around 70% of students get placed. We become eligible for placement at the start of our final year i.e. 7th semester. Companies like Ranbaxy, Cipla, Accenture, Axis Bank, and startups also come to our college for campus placements. The average package is around 5LPA and the highest being 12LPA. I plan to open my chemist shop and my ultimate goal is to establish a pharmaceutical company.
Good placement in 2023, good campus life and good facilities. Placements: 90% students are placed in my course. The highest package was 40 LPA and the lowest is 3 LPA. Average package is 4 - 5 Lacs.
The annual festival is Parivartan which is hosted every year in November fees is deducted from students' account. Nothing is free here even joining any club. For sports, there are not so much good facilities. The library is just ok.
Hi,
Joint placement program- the placements of both the colleges happen together, so I guess it wouldn't be a deciding factor.
Establishment- Chandigarh university was setup in 2012, while Chandigarh group of colleges was setup in 2001. Bonus points for cgc!
Exposure- If you're thinking that you would get a better exposure and culture at CU because it's a university, then, hello? CGC also offers other programs than engineering ! Doesn't the name clarifies it all? CHANDIGARH GROUP OF COLLEGES! Duh!
Advertising- have you ever come across an ad welcoming you to join cgc? But you must have noticed the television commercials and newspaper advertisement of Chandigarh university. I have. Cgc wins here too.
Scholarship- Chandigarh university beats cgc here, one can avail 50% tuition fees discount here just by scoring 9.6 or above cgpa in X class. Bingo right? Wrong, after the deduction of 50% fees, the amount you will have to pay would be equal to what you'll pay at cgc. So I guess minus points for cu for using such gimmicks.
All in all, cgc would be a better choice among the two. :)
