Chandra Bhanu Gupt Krishi Mahavidyalaya, Lucknow was founded in 1995 at Bakshi Ka Talab in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Originally, the college was connected to Kanpur University, which is now known as Chatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur. The University Grant Commission has the college listed as registered (UGC). The college has made great progress in creating its Chandra Bhanu Gupt Krishi Mahavidyalaya facilities, which include roomy classrooms, well-equipped labs, a library, a sports complex, a dorm with kitchen facilities, a canteen, a gym, and other amenities spread across almost five acres of property. Every campus has a C.C.T.V. camera installed. In order to increase agricultural output in the area, it also expands agriculture extension projects to nearby communities. Because its students have placed first in the B.Sc. (Ag) exams and then into M.Sc. programmes on multiple occasions in the past, the college has gained recognition both in the State and beyond the nation.
