36 MonthsThe duration, of course, is three academic years divided into Six Semesters styled as LL.B. Part-1, Part-2 & Part-3, and also 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th Semesters. To clear Part-I student has to pass University Exam of 1st and 2nd Semesters, to Clear Part-2 student has to pass University exam of 3rd and 4th Semester and to clear LL.B. Part-3 student has to pass 5th and 6th Semesters including an aggregate of pass marks in all the previous Semesters. However, a student is not prohibited to take admission in LL.B. Part-2 or Part-3 without passing the University Exam of 1st and 2nd Semesters and/or without passing 3rd and 4th Semesters.
Medium- The medium of instruction and examination is English/Hindi. This has been implemented keeping in mind the convenience and understanding of students who come from the different educational background. The college ensures that the students are taught in the language and a medium which is convenient for all of them.
Academic Year- The academic year starts from the month of July and ends in the month of June next year. A student admitted in one session ceases to be the student of the College at the end of the session. For each Part, student has to take fresh admission. It is not essential for a student to pass University examination to take admission in Part-2 and Part-3. Every year the college publishes its academic calendar which explains all the details regarding academic activities of that session. It is overall on the website of the college.
A graduate of a University or who possess such academic qualifications which are considered equivalent to graduate degree of a University by the Bar Council of India who has obtained minimum 40% marks in Bachelor degree in any faculty is eligible to appear in the Entrance Test for admission in LL.B. Part-I. Relaxation of 5% of marks may be granted in favour of scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes students in qualifying examination for entrance examination. The programme for the admission test be published by 15th of April, the Entrance Test be conducted by 3rd Sunday of May and the result of Entrance Test be published by the end of 31st May every year and the classes will be commence from 1st July.
